Came in a few months ago to inspect a car I was considering on buying. Carrie was super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She made sure I left with a good understanding of the condition of the car and made sure to show me the parts with I needed to change throughout the inspection. She was also so helpful with my general questions of car sales. I found out about this page through their “women auto know” program and I’m so glad I did. Thank you!

This is just an auto body shop, this is an integral part of the queens community. The staff here is so great. We have been going to them for years (3 different cars) and each experience has been wonderful. Going to the mechanic can feel Intimidating but great bear it's feel seamless and warm! Grateful for them!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This shop absolutely deserves a 5-star review. After dealing with a poorly done wheel alignment and wheel balance from another shop about a year ago, I finally found professionals who truly know what they're doing. The previous alignment caused my vehicle to pull left and right, and the incorrect wheel balancing led to uneven tire wear, forcing me to replace both front tires. These guys immediately identified the issues, explained everything clearly, and corrected the alignment and wheel balance the right way. My car now drives straight and feels better than it has in a long time. What impressed me most was their honesty, professionalism, attention to detail, and fair pricing. They didn't try to upsell me or recommend unnecessary repairs. They focused on fixing the actual problem correctly the first time. It's becoming harder and harder to find mechanics who genuinely care about the quality of their work. Too many shops are only interested in getting as much money out of customers as possible. Fair pricing and very professional work. When replacing my tires, they not only took care of the wheels carefully, but also replaced my TPMS sensor and a few lug nuts for free. The attention to detail was excellent, and you can really tell this is an honest old-school shop that cares about its reputation. They treated me with kindness even when I was on a tight budget, and I truly appreciated that. Finding this shop honestly felt like good luck for me. I’ll definitely come back and I’ve already recommended them to my friends.
